Taco John's

The food was good as usual, however the order process was terrible. Ordered online for pickup, scheduled for 11:30 AM. Arrived at 11:27 and called the store to let them know we were there. At first, they said they didn't have the order, but after insisting we ordered, it suddenly popped up. We weren't told anything, they just said "okay" and hung up. The website said they would bring it out, but after 20 minutes of waiting, seeing cars come and go through the drive through, we just went it to grab it. No apology, no questions, just "yeah, that's yours". I get it, they seemed kind of busy, but if they were busy, just say so on the phone when we called. We would have happily gone in and grabbed it had we known what was going on. We left wondering what the point of online ordering was if just doing the drive through was faster.

I ordered 2 chicken tacos and they asked me if I wanted any sauce and I asked what kind of sauce came on them. The person asking for my order proceeded to say “ it’s right in front of you on the menu instead of answering my question and helping me. I’m partially blind and can’t see well. What a rude snooty comment to make. :(

Warning: the employees at this restaurant refuse to service online orders. My experience was similar to other online customer reviews: I placed an order, received a confirmation email with an order number, arrived at the restaurant, and was told by the manager they had not received my order. I even showed him the email, but he still claimed it “didn’t go through.” Frustrated and short on time, l left empty handed. Later in the day I received an email stating my order could not be filled. No kidding. Horrible service, I won’t be back.
