I called on Father’s Day to confirm hours and the guy that picked up sounded like he didn’t wanna be there but he told me they closed at 4pm. So, I ordered through their app for pick up at 3:30pm. I arrived to pick up my food and they are closed and they taped my receipt to the inside of the door with “refunded” on it. This situation was frustrating cause the app and the employee said 4pm was closing time when they actually close at 3pm. I waiting a week to see my refund and it never came so I called and tried to speak with the manager but she never called me back. So I called the next day and spoke to a man there and he helped me get the refund since it was never actually refunded in the system. I have now received my refund but it’s 30 cents short cause they didn’t refund me the processing fee that they charge on their app. That’s not a big difference but it tops the cake after this whole frustrating situation

Ordered The Veggie. Not only was it the wrong vegetables, but there were very few vegetables on there and no condiments or cheese. I paid $12 for what was basically bread with wilted lettuce on it. Yuck. Perhaps the person making the sandwiches should read the menu.

Great variety of subs, wraps and salads. If you've got a group with varied tastes everyone should be able to find something here

Never had this placr before, I thought the price was to high until I got my food. Man was I wrong! Great flavor nice snap of pickles and bacon. The planet sub sandwich is worth every sandwich sub lover to try.

Got a wrap with "signature chicken" which was Tyson fajita frozen chicken. It was supposed to have cheese and lettuce but it was just warmed over fajita spiced chicken with some sort of sauce on it. Tasted like a warm diaper.

The restaurant was dirty when I mean dirty the floors were filthy and so was the womens restrooms and the sub that I had was not the best sub I had better subs.

Good was pretty good, maybe a little over toasted. Service was good. It would be nice if the app would work and if curbside service were an option during the pandemic.

The sandwich was amazing! You have a yummy choice for anyone. The bread was great. The food did not fail to fullfill my tasty wants. Stop in and try something new. Service was fast and polite. Clean store. My minions liked it.
