Sonic Drive-in

I came here around 8pm to get ice cream for myself. At first I got a cup with a small cut at the top was made. For those who don’t know, Sonic Employees are known to make a small cut on the top of your cup so when the ice cream melts and your not paying attention, it will drip every where. Anyways, the girl who gave me my drink saw the cut and told me she will give me a new one. She did and than I went home and thought that was it until the next day I went to eat my ice in the freezer and found two pieces of styrofoam from the cup. I don’t know if they just put these in here or what. You be the judge

Absolutely ridiculous. The food is always horrible at this location. I ordered my food bacon was burnt, preparation of the burger was awful bun was stale breaking up whole burger was falling to pieces ONCE I FINALLY RECEIVED MY FOOD. The screen said my order was on the way out I waited so long I pushed the button again and asked where my food was. After sitting and waiting to top it off everything in the bag was cold fries cold an hard this location is ridiculous I don't even want to go back ever again Ridiculous
