Inside Scoop Creamery

I was visiting my parents in Centennial and wanted to get them our to the house so we took a field trip to Inside Scoop Creamery to get some a refreshing ice cream cone. The location was easy to find, and we were able to get a parking spot right on the street in front of the shop. This reminds me of the old fashioned ice cream shop that I remember as a kid. There was a wide array of flavors on the menu board, but my favorite thing to do is to walk down the coolers looking at the ice cream that is just calling out my name. The winner this time with the Minnesota Toffee Crunch (I hope I remember that name right). I am not sure the connection to Minnesota other than it was cold, but is sure did taste good. The scoop was generous and you could get it in a variety of different cones or in a cup. We sat down in the air conditioned shop and ate our ice cream on this hot day so that it did not melt to fast. I will look forward to my future trips back to Colorado so that I can try some of the other flavors.

Cute parlor with a lot of character. Nice variety, not so many that you have trouble choosing, but enough that there is something for everyone's pallet. Ice cream was super smooth and flavorful and very reasonably priced. You can sit down inside or outside between the buildings. The building next to the creamery has a mural to satisfy any teenagers picture taking social media needs.
