My Favorite Muffin

Amazing staff. Amazing bagels. Best muffins. The staff is amazing, they're friendly and welcoming and have that mom and pop feel. They're very accommodating and give incredible service. The food is great and leave no room for disappointment. Definitely try the carrot cake muffins with cream cheese! Me and my wife love this place.

Great family owned business! The best bagel breakfast sandwich in town. The bagels are baked to perfection. I've visited several times and, as any person does, sometimes there are off days with the employees and their normal smiling happy faces. Most days everyone is super friendly and smiling but on the off chance days (that we all have) the food never lets me down! The muffins are always delicious and handmade to perfection. This will always be my number one bagel breakfast sandwich and muffin shop for years past and years to come!

Where to start...we just moved here and decided it was finally time to come and check this place out. When we came in, everyone was so nice, we were welcomed and promised we would come back. Their bagels were amazing, you could tell they put a lot of effort in their cream cheese and the starting muffin was delicious even when it was saved for later. Since you can't try them all in one go, we'll definitely be coming back here to try as much as we can. Second time still was not disappointed. They truly are our favorite muffin 😁 hey, all faygo lovers...they have it.

If it was possible for me to give this place zero stars, I would. I went there today and purchased an Italian sandwich as a meal, which comes with a drink and three mini muffins. There was no ice in the soda machine, half the sodas were completely out and then.... My favorite muffin? More like my moldy muffin! I drove all the way back to work to find mold on the cheese in my sandwich, I called back and asked for a refund when I was told the owner would call me back. The owner told me she could credit me for the sandwich but not the entire meal because "nothing was wrong with my drink or muffins". She gave me back $6, I paid $11.55 after the meal charge and taxes. Hope that was worth it considering I'll be sure to make everyone aware of the "customer service" I received today. From a management viewpoint I don't understand why you wouldn't credit my entire meal for customer satisfaction, did that $6 really make a difference for the sales today? Wow. I would never recommend this place.

It's reopened under new management and we always have a long wait for service now. It's also not clean. We have yet to sit down at a clean table since it reopened. Which is especially weired since they are pretty slow and I see employees sitting around who clearly have time to clean tables. I wouldn't come back except my daughter loves our Wednesday morning tradition. But I'm working on finding a new spot. The food is okay. The bagels are also smaller since the reopening.

seriously AWFUL. it’s run down, torn upholstery with holes you practically fall into, unsanitary with a very “unfinished” ambiance. that’s just the appearance. The food is just as bad. With “Muffin” in the name you’d expect to be blown away, but instead they’re dry and very old as they’ve been sitting out for days. The blended drinks are 80% blended ice and a hint of flavor = BLAND. The breakfast sandwich was served with burnt toast and an uncooked egg that was, AS WITNESSED, cooked in a microwave... yes, a MICROWAVE. So please don’t waste your time here.
