Chipotle Mexican Grill

Had to come home and make my own fajita veggies rlol Countless times I have gone to this location and they have been out of items and refused to make more, well before they closed. They should be expected to make replenish items up until the doors close. They were out of veggies tonight and refused to make more. What if I was a vegetarian and couldn’t eat the meat and relied on the veggies??? What happened to the customer is the priority instead of the employees wanting to close up shop and get out of there ASAP? It’s sad. Also I always have to actually go in to the store because I can’t trust them to make it right if delivered.

Was missing items in my order and after I paid got no receipt and after arriving at my house realized items where not there. Called the store and spoke to an assistant manager by the name of Cheyenne and she told me there was nothing she could do to help me so I asked for gm name and time to speak to him. She rudely asked me not to escalate the matter to the gm Vicente because it was not that big of a deal. Why am I paying for then? Where is the loyalty to us customers?

It's Chipotle. It's hit or miss fast food. I've ordered from here both in person and delivered. Every single time it's delivered, the amount you get is reduced. In person, with you looking at them, they're more inclined to actually give you your money's worth. Chipotle like any of these places are just a fast meal that's meh. You're not getting anything overly amazing. I wish the prices would drop a bit but that won't happen after this COVID fiasco.

Food was good and service was great, employees pleasant as usual as well the restaurantwas spotless, super clean. It's a Chipotle so if you've been to one you've been to all of them. I was in the area to do a alarm installation and luckily there was a Chipotle nearby so I could grab a bite to eat I'll definitely be back if I'm in the area again.

This is the worst chipotle I have ever been to. They made my quesadilla by literally putting the wrap into a ball and then tried to press it. Didn’t resemble anything near a quesadilla but a ball of cheese…. It was inedible for my kiddo so I had to trash it and get a kids quesadilla which they were rude about me having to have that remade. Didn’t offer any adjustment on the purchase so paid $10 for the tiniest little piece… we frequent chipotle a few times a way but will never this location again. Very disappointing experience… please train your folks better and adopt a better customer service attitude.

This chipotle is the worst. I had a pick up order at 7:40, came back 20 mins later and found out they didn’t even start on it. They also failed to tell me they ran out of half the meats and guac…. This happens all the time at this chipotle, save yourself the trouble and go to another one they don’t even care.
