Two stars for the employees struggling to make up for lack of help, otherwise it would be 1 star. How can you be out of 90% of your bread during peak rush time? Why isn't the franchise owner in there busting butt helping out? It's not his employees' fault they are understaffed. And this isn't the first time. If it's not bread, it's other basic ingredients like tomatoes or lettuce. Update 5/13/19 - same issues. Out of stuff. Yes, we went in at 8:30pm, but you are open until 9pm. No tomatoes. We ordered 4 sandwiches, and I was next to last and got the last lettuce, so my son missed out on tomatoes and lettuce. A group of 4 or 5 walked in after us, so they got no lettuce or tomatoes (I hope they weren't expecting to have salads.) Suggestion to the franchisee - if you aren't going to have your employees prepare enough veg for a full days service, then shorten your hours OR give a discount once you start running out of ingredients. (I got charged full price for my son's footlong that he wasn't able to get veggies on.I will say that you are in good company - seems like a Colorado tradition to just not prepare enough food for a full service.

2nd time I have been here, the first time I was giving this same girl grace because we all have BAD days! BUT This time I came in their was only 2 types of bread(bad management) this girl had the worst customer service and bad attitude. First, the music was so loud they were annoyed they couldn’t hear me give them the order. 2nd, the phone rang and she went to pick it up with the same gloves she was using to prepare my food! When I asked her to change her gloves she was so upset and threw her gloves on the floor and got new ones on and so upset. I asked are you the manager and she kept saying” what do you want on your sandwhich MAM” over and over again! I walked out what kind of a business is being runned by this girl, they will loose business keeping her! Do not go to this place! Bad Bad Bad. Again I only write reviews if a place is terriable or great and his one was another bad management that keeps employees that could give a flip if they work and serve you with such rude behavior almost like teenager this girl acted like.
