Rice And Kabob

Went here for lunch for a class for work last Tuesday [02-11-2019]. I loved the chicken kabob platter. I didn't have any bad customer service. The woman informed me that it would be 10 minutes for my food. So I happily waited. Saffron rice was bomb, chicken was tender and full of flavor. The salad was delicious, and fries we're great. I didn't even get to finish my lunch because there was an abundance of food.

This is the best food I've had in a mall in awhile. I got the shawarma plate. It was a good size for a fair price. Most importantly, it was excellent. Both the chicken and the rice were fresh, flavorful, and tender. The fries, sauce, salad were delightful as well. If you want quality middle eastern food (within, imo, a great mall overall--especially if you have kids with you), try this place!!

I went there on a Saturday and was surprised they only had one guy working. This meant that it was a really slow process to order and then get your food. At one point he also had to take time up to fight with the soda machine which was not draining. The rice was really good. The food was also dry due to not enough sauce on it. The price was ok, not great or bad.

Horrible! We waited about 20 min for our food. Only 1 guy was working. Our #9 was supposed to come with grilled tomatoes, when we got it, it was diced salad tomatoes with ranch dressing on top! Really?? We told the guy we wanted it like the picture (what we ordered) and he said it costs more to grill them so if we didn't pay for it, hes not doing it. It was the guy with long hair and glasses. Horrible customer service and the worker has to move slower than a sloth.

The food is normally good, just like any other Persian/Greek restaurant but this time it was lacking. Although the service is terrible. Every time I've been as well as my friends there is the same guy and he is just extremely rude and unfriendly. Today we went and placed our order but it was wrong. I asked the guy if my order was right and he said no you ordered this, that is what you got. And continued to look at his phone again and ignore me. Before this when I paid for my food he handed me back my receipt and card without saying anything. After maybe 30 seconds to a minute of standing there at the register he looks at me and says "5 minutes" and that's it. This is not how anybody should treat their customers and every time we go we hope for better service and try to keep positive but always leave disappointed.

Thee WORSE possible CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER WITNESSED AT A FOOD COURT LOCATION!!!!! My wife purchased a gyro for 6.99 and asked for the combo with fries and a drink for an additional 1.99. They misunderstood and only charged her for 6.99 gyro and 1.79 for a drink. No fries. I immediately asked for assistance when we received our order and they turned me down with processing fries for us without charging an additional 1.99. I was trying to be patient and understanding to resolve the issue without being charged additional for something that should of only cost an additional 20 cents. Manager was very rude and now customer service understanding what so ever. The clerk behind register was very immature and unprofessional. Worst food court experience I have ever witnessed!!!!!!! FOOD WASNT THAT GREAT EITHER! DO NOT EAT AT RICE KABOB AT SOUTHWEST PLAZA!!!!!

I go to get the chicken curry pretty much all of the time. That's when they have it. They only have their menu a part of the time, and when I do get food it's usually very good. But the customer service is a joke. Even then it takes 5-10 minutes to get your food so don't order here if you needed to grab something quick for lunch on a half. The restaurant would be so much better if they were just.. On top of it. It's disappointing and I hate walking up to a guessing game everytime I go to Southwest.
