Domino's Pizza

I ordered the $5.99 special tonight at 5:40pm and it was very busy. The tracker said it was done, but I had to wait for a short time at the store. The taste and quality of the pizza made up for the short wait and my family enjoyed it completely. They apologized for my short wait which made me feel like they really hate having me wait for anytime. Great pizza and great people! Thanks!

For being only 1 of 2 options for delivery in the area you would imagine that they have a better strategy for hiring and retaining employees. This location without fail will take forever to deliver pizza. The app will notify you the “quality” check is being performed meaning the pizza is done being cooked and out of the over, then 30-40 mins later it will say the driver is on their way. Good luck if you are hungry or want borderline quality food. This option is not for you. DO NOT RECOMMEND THEY ARE THE WORST!

I’d give 0 if I could. We’ve ordered here multiple times, about 8 times now. Once, it came burnt to a crisp black and hard as a rock. I called back and complained and they weren’t apologetic, they just asked if we wanted another one. Ha. My husband said he’ll drive 30 mins away to get pizza from somewhere else this place is so terrible. It’s such a shame that Sterling Ranch/Solstice area has no good pizza places and that this Dominos the pizza is flat, doesn’t rise, and slightly burnt or completely burnt. LOWER your oven and cook it correctly for crying out loud! And this picture doesn’t even do just To how HARD the crust was because it was burnt.

3 months ago I ordered pizza and it was never delivered due to a road closure in area and driver could not figure out detour... I was told a credit would be applied to my account. I called to order pizza today and was told credit is no longer on my account but they would give me some $ off. Well, I was having people over so I ordered 3 large pizzas. Driver showed up with 2 pizzas... I called to request missing pizza be delivered and manager argued with me stating I only ordered 2 pizzas and he already went out of his way to help with $ off. Ummm... NO I should have had a credit on my account. They have horrible customer service and incompetent lazy employees.

Usually it's decent (it's Dominos, I'm not expecting gourmet), but recently it's been getting really hit and miss, and taking longer and longer to get here. This last order took 45 minutes to arrive (I'm less than 5 minutes from the store, and the order said 25 minutes when I ordered) and was cold by the time it got here. Not wasting my money here any more.

My wife orders a pizza and is quoted 45 minutes delivery time. It's an hour and a half later it shows up later, all because the driver took our food to the wrong house. And then went back to that house to get it, and bring it to us from there. Who seriously does this? Management didn't even care. Save yourself from this waste of money & horrible new management and go elsewhere
