Update... they have now closed the lobby so your only choice at this location is to sit in line for 25 minutes. I'm not sure who the franchise owner is but they need to get a handle on the mess this store has sadly become ....Ordered a bean a cheese burrito and got this, not to mention the two other items they left out of my order.

Look, Taco Bell, I love you. I don’t want to live without you. This location really needs some help though. Most of the staff are very kind but aside from that, the service is a mess. Rice is always burned/crunchy. Received items are sometimes nonsensical (lettuce/sauce/cheese on a tortilla when ordering a bean burrito). Drive-thru is often ten cars or more long and moves at a snail’s pace.
DO NOT place an online/mobile order for this location! They are often out of items/ingredients (not including the Mexican pizza) and you’ll wait in line for 20+ minutes to be asked to select another item once you get to the window. I think I’ve ended up overpaying by about $10 now over three different mobile orders.
It’s such a bummer because this location is right down the street from my home. I won’t be visiting for a while now though—I’ve been disappointed too many times.
Save yourself the frustration and drive a little further to another location until this one shapes up.

I will be willing to change this to a five star review if they open up the lobby. Before, I was able to order vegetarian food using the kiosk. This location has lost our once a week or more business by excluding customers who would like to customize their orders. On average we would spend between 23 and 30 dollars per dinner for two.

This location is consistent! You can always count on it.... being understaffed and taking forever. Last night I pulled up and was one car behind the order speaker in the drive through. So there were MAYBE four cars ahead of me. I was sitting there for over 25 minutes to get my 3 items. I was there late at night once for over 45 minutes. I would have left earlier if there weren't people in front and behind me. This happens every time I go. I would never go back if it weren't right by my house. This experience happens every time so I try to go inside (when it's open) but it isn't a whole lot better. The WORST time was when I was sitting in the drive through line which wasn't moving at all (which isn't too uncommon because it is always so slow) after maybe fifteen minutes the man in the car ahead of me got out of his car and went up to the window and they told him that their systems were broken. Yes, that's right, they let a line of cars stretching out to the road sit there for 15+ minutes and didn't bother to tell them anything!!! Completely rude and terrible service. If you're doing the drive thru go to a different nearby taco bell I promise it will be faster even with the detour.
I couldn't imagine how such an incompetent person can open and manage a franchise. Needs to be reported to corporate.

I placed an order online to pick up in the store. When I got there the doors were locked and nobody would acknowledge me. Since I already paid for the order I sit in the drive thru for 20 or more minutes and ask that they make it fresh since I wasn't able to pick it up inside. He assured me that it was made fresh... Crunchy tacos supreme was soggy and mushy and was missing the supreme part.... Waste of time and money. Better yet, they have no phone number to be able to call and complain.

I have absolutely no idea how this place is still in business and how Taco Bell hasn't come down on this restaurant for their hideous service.
Do not go by here unless you have like 30 extra minutes to brave the drive through. The gas burning in line outweighs any savings for getting drive through trash food. You would be better off hitting up another taco place.
I have no idea how this place can take so long with this food. They clearly don't hire enough people or the employees just don't care. Either way, I've never waited for fast food longer than a sit down restaurant.

I really like Taco Bell but the employees have taken it upon themselves to not serve the lobby. They locked the doors even though the cooperate sign says "dine in open". You would think they are doing this to make the drive through faster, however that isn't the case either. The line is always out to the street and you will wait an eternity in this line.

Food was good got everything I ordered. That said maybe they should fix their air conditioning. I’ve been here 4 times in the last 2 months and not once is the ac working. Employees have fans blowing on them 90°+ inside the restaurant.
