Qdoba Mexican Eats

Pretty disappointed. Went to get their new cheese crusted quesadilla, and not only did the girl not even know what it was or how to make it, i had to point to the big picture advertising it on the wall, and she had to keep stopping every step to reread it to figure out how to make it. Once it was finally done and I received it, it's just disappointing and looks nothing like the advertised "cheese crusted" more like a little cheese sprinkled on it, and barely melted.

Just took my son here for dinner after his basketball game. We were hungry and exhausted. That all changed when we walked through the door and got the best greeting I have ever received anywhere from an employee named Bass. This guy yells “Welcome in, you are about to have an amazing experience and we are happy to have you here!” It got better form there. He made our bowls with a smile on his face and he just had so much positive energy exuding from him. He let my son try to Cholula chicken which he is now obsessed with. He thanked us for coming in and again we just had the best experience you could have in a 5 minute visit due to Bass. He’s a trophy Bass! We let him know this as well. Food was also on point. In this day and age to see an employee show up to work is a amazing. To have them engaging customers with a smile on their face and being happy and friendly…I’m sold. Will definitely be back to this location as long as Bass and team are working there.

DO NOT EAT HERE! Worst Qdoba I have ever been to… To start, I have had food poisoning from them twice. On top of that, they are never open and don’t update their business hours on Google. I’ve tried to come several times when it said they were open only for them to be closed. In addition to that, they have messed up pretty much every online order we have ever sent. Finally, the Manager is incredibly rude when I asked him for some help on a incomplete order. If you don’t believe me check out the other reviews, to see the consistent theme this location has. Qdoba is great, just not this one!
