For starters I had the Sticky Pork Belly, which was the best pork belly I've ever tasted, just perfection. Gutted that I was the only one that ordered it because I wanted someone else to experience what I was experiencing so had to share a little. For the main I had the Ribeye Steak, medium, which was so tender it melted in your mouth. Definitely will be going back on next visit to Liverpool. Recommendation - Sticky Pork Belly for Starter Ribeye Steak for Main.
