Really enjoyed our meal can not fault the service. Friendly, polite, competent and attentive, the complete opposite to their Liverpool One branch. Who rolled their eyes when asked if any pepper , did not ask if we would like moe drinks or a dessert or if everything was ok. When given the bill and we asked for a minute while we got our money out , the reply was ..whats up . So we know which one we will be going back to.

During my recent visit to Pizza Express in Liverpool, I was thoroughly impressed by their exceptional service and the meticulous attention they paid to my dietary requirements. From the moment I walked in, the staff greeted me with warmth and showed genuine concern for my dietary needs, ensuring that my dining experience was both enjoyable and safe. We arrived on a wet and windy cold Thursday night, thinking would be busy as the Foot and Ankle show was in town (not what you think it is), arrive to an empty restaurant, had a complete pick of the seats and our server was very attentive and nice we were served very quickly and ordered our food that arrived, in true Pizza Express style, it was tasty and nice. The restaurant got a few more people in, the atmosphere was nice and relaxed. The best part is the great Pizza Express offers. Will visit again before the next voucher expires.

The restaurant is amazing, dough balls were fabulous ! I never eat such a good thing in a restaurant, pesto and garlic butter were so fresh and delicious, full of flavour. Rebecca was our waitress she was so lovely, and very friendly, always somewhere near by if we needed any help or to answer any question. We are very impressed with her service, and with the rest of the staff and with quality of food and atmosphere in restaurant.

We visited the restaurant to celebrate a birthday and had booked a pizza party for the children. The staff were so helpful the service given was amazing throughout our time in the restaurant. The food came out all together considering it was a large party all pipping hot and was delicious. A special mention to the Manager who hosted the pizza party great interaction and communication with all the children they were fully engaged and loved every second of it. I’m pretty sure we’ll be returning again after the great experience and service we received this evening by all the staff and delicious food.

Food is very delicious! The whole place is such a good place, I like their service this is my second time coming here and their service never disappoints! The staff are very nice, they smile and treat you well👍 *It just would be better if they add more chips in the Polenta Chips because it’s £5.45 and there is just few chips* I will definitely come back again:) 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

There are so many places to eat on the docks but we always come back here. Siobhan and the team are always so welcoming and attentive, the atmosphere is brilliant. Really friendly and chilled vibe. Aaron served us and was brilliant; smiley, knowledgable and caring… everything you want in a dining experience. Liv and Rebecca were brilliant - buzzing around the restaurant and clearly incredibly busy, but nothing was too much trouble! Food was, as always, spot on. Great veggie options and the pizzas were executed beautifully.

1st time visit on 27 June 2022 to Liverpool and Pizza Express in 16 Monarch Quay, L3 4FP with wife and son. Service from start by Michael on entry to Annabelle who served us was exceptional with a welcoming smile. They were very friendly and accommodating and the food was delicious from main course, drinks to dessert. They are an asset to the place who I recommend to anyone. Extremely enjoyable experience and we would visit again in future.

Lovely staff,very friendly manager. Staff member was unsure if we were going to be able to get a table due to how busy it was,but manager was able to fit us in. Drinks were abit of a let down but weren't overly expensive so wasn't worried. Food was absolutely gorgeous after a long day,came very quickly as well. Food tasted as close as you can get to Italian,for a British company. For how busy it was I'm very happy that the customer service was on point! Props to the team for coping on such a busy weekend. Whenever I come down to Liverpool again,I'll keep this pizza express in mind. Again,manager was lovely.
