Lovely Carvery with Turkey, Pork, Beef and Gammon! A pleasant and cheerful waitress made our visit more friendly. The only thing I didn't like was that the Cauliflower was hard and undercooked for my taste. I mentioned it to the waitress and she said that if you mention it at the Servery when getting your meal they will cook a portion of Cauliflower to your taste. Well worth knowing! We returned with a party of seven last Friday and everything was excellent. We asked for soft Cauliflower which was duly prepared. I noticed so many other customers also wanted it I wonder if that should be the permanent option? Many thanks for an excellent meal and great service. It's great to see that you care about the feedback you get as so many pubs and restaurants seem indifferent.

Went for a family meal, haven't been to a Toby Carvery since I was a child (almost 25 years ago). Got to say the Bay Horse is a cracking example of what I thought was an old style restaurant that is actually much more modern than expected. It's been recently renovated, is light airy and modern. There were plenty of options and the cuts of meat were well sized. All of the accompaniments were delicious, the veg were warm and cooked correctly without being over boiled. Service was spot on and prices were very reasonable. Would definitely go back!

The Bay Horse has been beautifully refurbished which made us feel very comfortable from the start. We were seated at a table very quickly & attended by our server without delay. We found the food to be excellent, still hot & not dried up at all so very enjoyable. Our server was fabulous (so sorry I didn't get here name). Can't think of improvements to suggest but can congratulate for the food & other marked improvements from our past experiences which were on occasions somewhat disappointing.

Great food, great staff. Never had a bad meal here. If there's something I would suggest it would be to change the carpark, there were a few struggling to get out of spaces yesterday and there was one car that actually just hit 3 cars including my own while I was sat in it as it was leaving yesterday. The spaces from middle to the back of the car park were a little close together and some cars at the very back were sticking out so far they were obstructing cars in the middle from leaving. Apart from that though everything was perfect as usual
