"Great night at this reliably friendly pub... good food and beer and atmosphere as always the food was very good. The ambience also good plus the service absolutely excellent. They always make a dog welcome too which always good for our fury friends . Love this place. It's not 'cheap' but it's good value and the atmosphere is perfect. Plus the Guinness is devine ."

Brilliant little pub, had not been there before but was a cracking place, staff were excellent, good selection of beers, and we only had a side food wise but will be going back for a full meal as everything that came out of kitchen looked and smelled fantastic, good screens for sports and good music on the background once the football finished, Top notch and another boss place found for food and drinks

Watched Wolves vs Liverpool here, it was 'bouncing', very lively and the atmosphere was tremendous. The drinks were cold and went down with ease, the staff were very welcoming inside the very busy establishment. Will definitely go back and try the food again but maybe when it is a bit quieter. Noticed the was a fenced off beer garden attached to the rear, also a car park for about 20 cars to the side.

I visited this pub for the first time to attend my nieces baby shower. The room upstairs was set up lovely and all the staff were very attentive. We ordered for for all the party which was delivered at the same time for such a big group this was no easy task. I ordered the award winning pie and it was the nicest pie I have eaten. The pastry was beautiful aswell. The food was all reasonably priced as was the alcohol. Thank you for a lovely afternoon.

Popped in here by the off chance! So glad we did! It was Thursday steak night, and what a delicious steak it was! Cooked exactly to my liking! My husband had the huge fish, scampi and chips and having pinched a bit of fish to taste, i can honestly say it could give any fish & chip shop a run for its money! The staff were so friendly and helpful especially Rhiann who recommended a lovely wine, and even had us interested in the Thursday night quiz, but honestly all the staff and manageress were lovely, a lovely friendly atmosphere in this place! We will definitely be back 😁
