The Sir Thomas Hotel, Lounge Bar & Restaurant

We popped in for a meal to try somewhere new. Our waitress was so helpful with my dairy allergy and found out from the kitchen what my choices were. We chose the 3 small plates for £24, honey sticky ribs, sweet chilli chicken bites and sweet potato humus. The food was delicious, so well presented and the service was spot on. Would highly recommend a visit

Popped in for coffee, immediately welcomed by lovely staff who also sorted some tasty pastries for us too. So nice we returned later for cocktails. Beautiful decor inside the bar, interesting building. Sounds like they're undergoing some refurb in hotel so would be interested in staying over if service and decor matches bar/restaurant - super find on a day out thank you

We call in on the 4.10.23 in the afternoon to look at there meau & to see if we could a table for that evening when a waiter call Andrew told we can just come in he saw us the meau & told me the steak & Ale pie was good he was very help but said he wasn't work that night so he introduce to to other Ewen & Elliott Who working that night there service was brilliant they made sure we were taken care of the bill was fair we give them a £10 tips because the took good care of us plus the food was good I would go there again & we would recommend them to anyone who we know to go there for food if I go to Liverpool again I would love to stay there Ms Sharon Ritson & Mr David Tomen

We were at the St. Thomas for 2 wonderful nights, the room was great, the desk staff and bar staff were so accomodating with our travellers requests and made us feel so at home, a hotel with such positive character and located so close to a whole lot of Liverpool.... we thank you for the Anniversary greetings too !

A very lovely hotel, very trendy bar and restaurant too. The staff were incredibly friendly and courteous, the reception desk is manned 24hrs. The room was quite spacious but unfortunately there were no curtains so we were awake with the larks and because we were at the front of the hotel the traffic noise was pretty loud but I'd expect that because of where the hotel is situated. We'd definitely stay here again but next time we'd like a room with curtains lol.
