Unfortunately I can't recall the name of the very helpful lady in the underwear section who assisted me in finding the right size bra. She was very knowledgeable and happy to go backwards and forwards trying different options. When my final choice wasn't in stock in my size she ordered it online for me to arrive the following day. Excellent service which is why I always go back.

I have shopped in this store for years but the last three visits have been very disappointing but today it bordered on rudeness and ignorance regarding your staff. I have been left standing at the jewellery counter asking several times if someone could show me a watch. Result I was ignored for twenty minutes. Previous visits have been the same. Sales assistant didn't seem to know what products you sold and informed me that you didn't stock Whispers in the library aftershave which I eventually found myself. My first instinct was to walk out and try somewhere else but then I found it so you nearly lost a £100 sale. As for the Elemis counter- it may help if the staff serving there were a bit more attentive and spent a bit more time helping you ytheir attitude bordered on rudeness. I will not be returning to this store

I would like to mention Chenise (apologies if the spelling is incorrect) who works on the lingerie dept., She was amazing today and very attentive. I went in for a bra fitting and she couldn’t have been any more helpful and was running back and forth with different bras and made sure each one fitted perfectly. What a star ⭐️ and a real asset to John Lewis. Thank you so much! Adele xx

I was recently looking for foundation at Estée Lauder counter and was helped by Ann. She gave me a very positive experience of John Lewis.
