We celebrated a 60th birthday at the Marine Bar this weekend, we were given a good space to accommodate 10 adults & children in high chairs. The service was great & the food was also good quality & value for money. The sport was on & the restaurant had a steady flow of customers - there was also background music which created a nice atmosphere. Would recommend!!

Such a warm welcome straight from the start I had a beef roast dinner today and managed to catch the name of one of the chefs "jay" from what I recall it was amazing there were another chef working today bit didn't have chance to catch a name but thank you so much you really made my day thank you to all the staff great value for money defiantly worth popping in for some food and drinks I will be coming back!!

Food is obviously out the freezer but its not bad no worse that weatherspoons or hungry horse. Staff very nice pleasant girls . Manager is also a nice lady. Good atmosphere can take dogs in with you which is a positive. Generally customers of good stock . Food slightly over priced for the quality and i think if was lower more people would eat here.

Lovely place very clean, staff are super friendly however the food was disappointing my daughter's burger was dripping with grease and my hunters chicken was very dry overcooked and the bacon was burned black and dripping with grease, the menu was on a piece of paper and has been for some time. This is a real shame because I love this place and like I said staff went above and beyond to help and please, the venue was spotless ... just a shame about the food as it used to be one of the best on the street so if that is improved the place will be perfect and well worth 5 stars
