Carvery didn’t have the meat I eat and didn’t have the dessert I want but other than that the food was nice and the supervisor Emma went above and beyond to help my partner who can’t eat certain ingredients, Friendly and professional. Lovely staff.

Not necessarily the food deserves 5 star but the STAFF! Average pub food - nothing wrong with that. Me and my partner visited last Sunday, at the busiest time. Unfortunately couldn't find anything gluten free on the menu, so asked a staff member (lady). Seriously, never experienced even in a 5 star restaurant that kindness, care and help what she offered. She's gone though options what I prefer etc, I was just surprised. She took my gluten free roast dinner to my table - she personally selected everything for me and the chef gave me the vegetables straight from the kitchen.. I didn't feel well, I'm struggling with cancer at the moment, they offered a quiet table, by the pizza bar.. Unfortunately we couldn't say thank you for the staff because they were very busy... But from here: YOU'RE A CREDIT in this industry, thank you so much. 🙏🙏🙏❤️
