First time visiting the bakery. The owner was very welcoming. We sampled 4 cakes and all of them were absolutely delicious. We will be stopping in again and trying more flavors.

Placed an order for paczki. Lady on the phone very friendly told me what flavors she had. Went through the next day to pick them up as soon as I walked in the store was greeted with a Hello and a big smile. The paczki were delicious!!!!! Will definitely be going back to try more

Order the monalisa cake for thanksgiving and it was so good. I had two slices as well as guest and there is still more left. Very happy with my purchase and will be returning for other treats for special occasions.

Had a custom made coco melon cake with the amazing Mona Lisa filling! I have to say this is the very first time all of our guests wanted cake to go!! We had nothing left! Hands down the best cake we ever had. I see a lot of baker’s focusing heavy on design but the taste is horrible. With cakes by Carlos you get best of both worlds. Thank you again!

My grandma ordered the rainbow cake and it was amazing!! The rainbow cake isn't an ordinary cake. It was soft and fluffy, with an immaculate hint of vanilla. It wasn't overpowering with sweetness, it had just the right amount. I certainly believe if anyone comes here, they should try the rainbow cake!

Great place for beautiful cakes. Love the small 6 inch cakes they have in the display case always ready to go! Red velvet is awesome. They all are! The mini desserts are fantastic as well as beautiful. I have used them at a few parties. They have done Blackhawks and Sox theme for us on a few occasions for family members. Extremely friendly great service. A++

Wow, by far the best cake we have ever had. I ordered a custom cake for my daughter's graduation day and not only was it beautifully done, but it was so good! I was going to take the leftovers to work but instead the 3 of us ate the cake all week and it was as good on day 6 as on day 1. Ordering and communicating in spite of social distancing was easy. Definitely found my new favorite bakery around here.
