Eve, the assistant manager, was extremely helpful and patient with me when I told her that I was charged twice. We resolved the issue promptly and effectively, and she made me feel very welcome. I will definitely be back! Thank you, Eve. PS - the drinks at this Timmies location are always spot on.

What's going on with this Tim's? There's always the same creepy guy hanging out by the drive thru day or night. He doesn't pan handle but he just hangs out. It's awkward as hell. Moreover, they don't serve food after ten pm. Why don't they just close?! Weird.

You know what you’re getting with Tims food and drink, so if you like that you’re good here.
I have used this location’s drive thru and gone inside to pick up app orders, and the staff are always super friendly and helpful.
For my birthday I picked up my free item ordered from the app and one of the staff had written happy birthday on the bag which was a nice appreciated touch.

Close to the hospital. Close enough to walk to if you need to get out and stretch your legs.
Easy to find. Recently renovated. Quick service.
Driving? Parking lot is a little tight. If you are confused or anxious by tight drive thrus better to park and walk in.

This is my favorite Tim Horton's location in the city. Fast, friendly service, courteous and experienced staff. Quick drive thru, big parking lot, and an incredible inside dining experience.
