All the Tim Hortons I been to in London Ontario serve, best, hot food and drinks. They taste as they are supposed to be. Friendly professional smiling staff.

Very nicely renovated! Nice, quaint, and a little more intimate, so to speak, seating areas, as well as your olds fashion (updated) table and chairs. Service was OKAAAYYYY.

Overall a decent location compared to the rest of the chain. The people are nice, line ups aren't too long, coffee is always hot and only once every few months do I chew on coffee grounds.
Unfortunately, I had to stop ordering breakfast because it's always cold.
Update: I get coffee basically thrown out the window to me daily because they are in such a rush to keep up with their time limit per customer.

They usually have most items but i have also found they are out of major food products during the busiest times..bad inventory keeping. Never allow youe store to run out of product during peek eating times. Shows poor daily estimates

I went in store as I had a large order- courtesy to other customers 😜
While I was patiently waiting- a man came back in to have his order fixed- obviously this was a huge inconvenience for him as he voiced his opinion. The women quickly fixed the order and apologized accordingly. - Honestly I should have spoke up but men like this one are not reasonable when approached in this manner.
Anyways applause to the staff who handled the situation perfectly- hands down to you all as I know this happens more often then anyone would admit!
Keep up the great work and congratulations for being great human beings!
