The staff are pretty cheeky, but they made me this cool drink, and now they must be sharing it because it's going around!!! LOL The night staff work well together, and they seem like they know how to get the job done while NOT being miserable. Awesome place, although aTAD busy at times.

This is one of the better timmies for using uber eats with. One complaint I have and that's with all timmies not just this one and it's more of a suggestion. Stop putting your donuts in bags!!! The donuts with fondant on them especially. Like what's the point of a chocolate dip if theres no chocolate dip on it because it all stuck to the bag? You have timbit boxes, use those for the 1-4 donut size orders. I guess y'all got sandwich boxes now too, so you can use those as well. Like you'll put 10 timbits (that dont even have melt-able fondant on them) in boxes, but not a couple large full-size donuts? That doesnt even make sense. Like the biggest disappointment I have when i order my food is when it comes damaged or the packing conditions changes the item from a chocolate dip to a plain. I know it seems trivial but I paid for a chocolate dip/canadian maple/boston creme/vanilla dip/etc. Not a plain donut. Lol.

Come here once a week at least and the staff are always friendly. I've never had to wait more than a few minutes for my order. They get it right every time, and occasionally will give each of my children a timbit. What's really awesome is that they ask me for permission first
