After the austerity of the entry procedure, the restaurant itself is a lovely surprise, both in character and atmosphere. The inmates are really attentive and helpful and happy to have a chat about their lives. They seem rightfully proud of the experience that they provide and we wish them well in their future careers in hospitality!
