Andy's Greek Taverna

Great service, good food and impressive value for money! We went for the Fish & Seafood Meze and it was amazing, so much food! It includes 7 cold small plates (including hummus, tzatziki, beetroot salad, potato salad, tirokafteri and more! with some pitta), then 3 warm small plates (calamari, small fried fish and grilled halloumi) and finally a big platter of fish for the main (sword fish, salmon, shrimps, more calamari and fish of the day) All for £21!

A good place for lunch, lots of space to accommodate many people inside and a few tables outside. The food was well prepared and delicious. Service needs to be improved though, they have brought starters and mains together without asking. Also brought a glass of alcohol after a meal without asking if I want it or not. A few members of staff came to ask the same questions about the order, seems they are not talking to each other at all. If you could improve the service it will be a great place.

This is a very unassuming place we came across after our planned dinner spot was closed, so we thought we'd give it a go, and I'm very glad we did! The service was a little overbearing at the start but relaxed very quickly. We ordered hummus and tirokaftari for starter which were both really tasty, especially the hummus. For the main I had the mixed grill, and it was all cooked perfectly and full of taste. The wine was also very pleasant and we had complimentary amaretto shots given to us alongside the bill! I'd definitely return if I was in the area.

The best Greek restaurant food I've ever tasted! Went with a family group of eight and everything I tried a bit of was buzzing with flavour. I recommend the moussaka with its hints of cinnamon and nutmeg. We had two bottles of rose, various soft drinks, starters and main courses. The portions were spot on and definitely value for money. The biggest suprise, apart from the complimentary shots at the end was the bill! Well worth it! Thank you Andy's, we'll be back!

Coming to this restaurant was a great experience for my family. Not only was the food delicious but the service was 10/10 as well. All the servers were incredibly welcoming and attentive to every request. The portions for the kleftiko and the moussaka were large and the price is very reasonable. I would definitely come back here when I’m in the area!

Good food, good prices and great atmosphere! We’ve ordered the tasting menus, both the meat and the fish ones, which is good if you want to try more dishes and good for sharing if you’re a big group. The staff is responsive and accommodating and the atmosphere the manager creates is welcoming and cheerful, we really loved it! The service slowed down a bit in the end but it’s okay as they were very busy and we had no rush.

Have been here many times so let's review. Delicious, attentive, affordable, full of life and character - very friendly and accommodating (especially as no booking for one of those visits). The food is really something else; from the incredibly fresh dips to the specialty dishes, bread and salad, every time we've been spoiled with quality, freshness and deliciousness. The place oozes with passion and you can see this through the staff who are keen on making the experience all the more better. Andy himself is no exception. The attention to detail when it comes to serving, the portions of the foods, the set menus, the wine pairing and even delivery is excellent; packaged super well and so so fresh every time. Andy's is simply one of the very best London has to offer. Andy should be so very proud of his staff, the quality of food and the consistency! I look forward to my next visit! Thank you Andy's :)
