A nice selection of good cookies at an affordable price, especially for London. The chocolate and ginger cookie was our favourite.

We tried triple chocolate cookie. That was very tasty and fresh. They have lots of branch around London. During your visit London, it is a good sweet snack.

Really quick service, lovely staff - Ibrahim the trainee was great and very smooth. Listened carefully to customers and made sure to fulfil their order correctly.

Love me a Ben's cookies. They are delicious and soft and tasty. If you go too late they will run out but you should still be good for majority of options 1 hour before closing time. I took my partners mum here and she was transported back in time to her youth eating granmamas cookies. 10/10 rave about this place constantly. Staff are usually quick and friendly. Thanks for being my wing man ;)

Ginger and dark chocolate never disappoints. They always taste fresh and price is reasonable for what you get. It has loads of big chunks of dark chocolate. Perfect amount of sweetness in it plus the tangy taste of the ginger.

Ben’s cookies are scrumptious! The milk chocolate chunk, double chocolate chunk and dark chocolate chunk are the most delicious flavours. The staff at the store are sweet and friendly.

Bens cookies is always a mandatory stop for me when I shop in Oxford Street.
They are the best cookies ever.
They have a massive selection and the staff is very friendly. There are also two entrances so that the queue isn't that long.
I highly recommend as this should be a must visit when you come to London.
Ps: they also do vegan cookies.
