Chemen Restaurant & Bar

Was in the area for an event and had half an hour to get coffee somewhere, so came to CheMen. Immediately greeted warmly and accommodated for the big group of us so we could sit outside with heaters on. I got a lovely mocha, my friends got lattes, Turkish tea, and an americano, all very nice! Whilst having our hot drinks they brought out two plates of pastries for us (on the house!) as well that were absolutely lovely, and just what we needed in our short break. Will definitely want to go back again for food next time! Especially thanks to Tahish (sorry if I’ve spelt your name wrong) for looking after us! :)

Not the first time we dine here and we are happy to return. Good atmosphere, excellent chef, not loud music. Comfortable furniture, spacious, I love to have a peaceful long lunch/dinner. The restaurant is not located at a frequent place that is why I like it, away from noisy people. Recommend to families, peaceful lovers, and they welcome pets. So, 100% like! Thank you! This has become our go to weekend breakfast/brunch/lunch place. No matter the time of year, it is always a place worth coming to, even if it means a cycling from a distance as we often do. The food is consistently delicious in flavours, portions and freshness. While we have our favourites like the menemen and appetizers, we have enjoyed everything we have tried. The service has been friendly and helpful, and it must be said that their bathrooms and facilities are always immaculate which is a great bonus you do not find elsewhere. The overall atmosphere is warm and inviting whenever we visit. Many thanks for making our weekends more enjoyable. Remaining happy customers.
