Mayfair Lounge & Grill At The Cavendish London

We visited Mayfair Grill Lounge @ Cavendish Hotel last Monday. I had a gift package for 3 course dinner and flowing prosecco. Front house manager and our waitress for the evening Aswathy went the extra mile to make us feel special, absolutely excellent service! As per food, chef excelled our expectations it was totally delicious from the starter to the dessert accompanied by very nice prosecco. Stylish décor and lovely (not live on Monday evening) piano music made that evening for us very pleasant. Thank you and hopefully we will be back soon!

We enjoyed a lovely Afternoon Tea with bottomless Prosecco. The vegetarian sandwich selection and scones were delicious. However the selection of cakes was very disappointing and nothing like the photo displayed on Virgin Experience Days when booking, hence the 3 stars for food. The service was outstanding, Jurate and Amanda were exceptional and could not do enough for us. Jurate ensured our glasses were topped up without ever having to ask. We look forward to returning in the near future and would definitely recommend.

Was nervous to not know what the gluten free afternoon was going to be like but it was very yummy, I was very happy. It did take over an hour (I think nearly an hour and half) until our food arrived but we had champagne going and glass being filled for at least 3 hrs because we only started eating after about an hour and half of being there but at least we were very hungry. The hour and half bottomless afternoon tea experience became more like 3 hrs which was perfect really. We used a virgin experience voucher but paid just over £8 for service charge. I still think it was good value for money and we loved the setting and the waitress was super friendly.

We had the bottomless prosecco three course lunch. It was an incredibly filling meal and the food was tasty. The prosecco was topped up regularly too. The staff were all friendly and helpful and attentive. I was disappointed to see a standard service charge included in the bill but our waitress explained it as soon as she gave us the bill and she explained that it could be removed, which it was. I prefer to leave a tip of my choosing rather than one forced on me by the restaurant. The service was incredible and the staff deserved more than the restaurant were adding.

Me and my sister went here for a 3 course meal last night and bottomless prosecco for 90 minutes, we had such a lovely experience. The glasses were always topped up, I had the fillet steak which was so nice. The waitress Armandeep was exceptional, very friendly and her customer service was brilliant. Thank you!
