Just an amazing experience all the way from the welcoming to the amazing food!
I had the beef suya and jollof rice with fried goat meat. Both were superb! You could really notice that the food waste made with care and good ingredients. I recommend this to anyone who wants to try Nigerian cuisine🇳🇬

I had a fantastic experience with this Pitanga. I highly recommend them for catering large orders. The delivery was punctual, the food tasty, and everything went smoothly.

Popped in to Pitanga on an impromptu walk by & had the best evening. We sat in the garden & were looked after by the fabulous Kate, who was an absolute legend and really guided our experience to ensure we enjoyed the best meal possible - which it was!
Such a fun evening, amazing food, absolutely hilarious and wonderful team. 20/10 would recommend to a friend.

The music was very loud as if I was in a club 😂 it’s a vibe but we had to ask the staff to turn down the volume a bit coz we were literally shouting to each other

Oxtail was not tender and a bit hard to chew and eat tho😩

I was in London for the weekend on holiday and I’ve been craving Nigerian food. So when I found this place on google maps I decided to give it a try and I wasn’t disappointed! The food and the service were both great! I had the egusi soup. It was a great size and extremely tasty.

Charming little restaurant serving Nigerian and West Aftican food at reasonable prices and also heavily catering towards vegans (but not exclusively). We were looking for a Nigerian restaurant and came across this and wow what a pleasant surprise it was. The food tasted so nice albeit a bit spicy of course because that jolloff rice is meant to kick a bit. Staff were super friendly and helped us in ordering. The ordering is done all through an app with a QR code which makes life easier.
It’s a small, cosy restaurant on the North End Road, they have a nice terrace outside and some indoor seating too.
We paid £55 for two and thought it was good value. They seem to be on Deliveroo and UberEats also.
Looking forward to coming back and trying new food as their menu is huge!

I went with my mum a few weeks back and it was a great experience. The food tasted fresh, portions were generous and calm atmosphere.

I’ve never had Nigerian food before and this was such a treat. The portion size was great, (I can eat a lot of food so this was perfect for me). I’m vegan and they have a few vegan options, I got the Akra wrap for my boyfriends and he refused to share with me because it was that good.

Delicious food in a simple, relaxed and friendly environment. Between the two of us we shared the all day breakfast and fried goat, both very enjoyable and would recommend. Order and pay via QR code at your table.

African - mainly Nigerian food available here with a good selection of options on the menu. Food serving was average and taste was okay. Not bad if you want to get a taste of Nigerian meals while in London. Interior is low quality and is nothing close to an exquisite dining environment so definitely not the place for dates. Recommended for the food only.
