The food was quite good, especially the fries and the lobster rolls. The mocktails were nice. The chocolate fondue was a bit too sweet, and the creme brulee was alright. At the end, I was so full I needed to walk back home (30 minute walk)

Visiting London and decided to check out B&L. The food is on point and ambience is chill. Jorddy did a great job introducing the menu to us and recommended some good stuffs.

Fantastic Dining Experience at Burger and Lobster in Soho!
I just loved the Lobster Roll, the restaurant looks nice and the service was great.
Highly recommended this place if you are into tasting lobster.

Our last visit was several years ago.
The food portions seems to be slightly smaller this time. The lobster roll and salad looks like they shrank a little. The salad was also not very fresh, we picked out some wilted leaves. Maybe the kitchen was too busy to notice.

I absolutely LOVED this place!!! I'd never been and can't believe they're a chain when everything seems so upmarket and attention to detail so high! The waitress and waiter that saw to my table were so lovely and made sure I felt comfortable even though I was dining for one... the prices I felt were actually reasonable considering I was eating oysters & lobster, drinking white and in slap bang London City centre lol... I actually can't wait to go back! 🥳✨️

The food is good.🫶 Fresh and tasty!
Jorddy here is really humorous and energetic .He teached us how to use the tool and introduce the food patiently! Will be back again! We had a good time here!

Took myself out to eat at one of my favourite restaurants, the food was fresh and delicious, the cocktails was amazing and the alcohol was just the right amount.
The burger was absolutely delicious especially when added cheese is inside it.
The chips was cooked just right, crispy and golden.
The salad was juicy, fresh and tasty.
The Passionfruit Mojito is my favourite signature cocktail, i had to get 2 at once and i was not disappointed.
Customer service was 10/10, lovely staff members on the night.

Lovely atmosphere and good service! They offer a lunch special from 3-6 on weekdays where you can pick a starter, main, and a drink for the price of a main. What I loved is the mains range and you can choose one of the most favorite dishes. The drinks include a choice of mocktail, too, which is extremely refreshing!
One note: the food rolls in a little slowly, waited over 30 mins for the main to be served. So not an ideal spot for a quick bite.

We went as a group to finish off a work event, and the food was fantastic. Staff were very accommodating for one of our members who has a nut allergy. I had the burger and lobster combo which was a delicious choice!

We had dinner here and ordered the combo set so we could try everything. I agree with previous reviews about how the taste is slightly above average and it's not amazingly remarkable for the price.
However, the service was super good and the dessert creme brûlée was delicious! I think altogether it was a satisfying visit but I would probably not come again for the food.
