I loved i. I have been here several times over the past several years and it has been consistently 5 stars. The staff and service are excellent but the thing that really sets the place apart are the owners and chefs that create the unique starter, sides, mains, and desert menu items, all of which have their own unique twist. Even more outstanding is that in many cases the condiments and desserts are literally home made on the premises and just delicious. We often forget what things actually tasted like when made at home instead of mass produced, so this is a real treat. The prices are moderate for a first class dining experience as well, hard to find that these days. The wine and alcoholic beverage section is huge and high quality, all done in a unique, old building that has all the comfort of a favorite, comfortable old shoe. Very highly recommended, one of my most favorite restaurants.

A hidden gem within the neighbourhood. A British bistro with warm, bubbling atmosphere. I have been to here a few times and their main courses are always amazing. Great venue for a quick friends gathering

This is an absolute favourite local gem. The team at The Yellow House have helped us to celebrate some milestones over the years, and it's great to return for a quick drink or a lovely meal. The food is delicious, and we're always made to feel welcome when we walk through the door... and that includes the dog too! Would wholeheartedly recommend and encourage anyone to pop in regularly and support SE16's hidden treasure.

Best Roast in London by far and the desserts are to die for. This is top quality cuts of meat for a very good price.

Very homely place, staff are very welcoming and helpful. Fish was amazing, dessert wasn’t nice at all, it was the special of the day and really was my nice. I wish chips were homemade instead of frozen, meal would have been much better.

Quaint pub great for post tag rugby games. A good selection of pizzas made in their wood fried oven and decent beer selection. Lines a bit slow moving but lots of indore and outdoor seating.

A great local restaurant serving a good variety of pizza and other dishes. The staff are very friendly, particularly the kitchen staff. Well worth travelling for.

As I Resturant owner I can confirm this place is spot on, good wine list picanha cooked to perfection, Chucky triple cooked chips were some of the best I’ve had, pizza was spot own very well executed dough, haddock ravioli was great and the soup was spot on, I added a bit of salt to a few of the dishes to bring it all to life but only a touch was needed and it was perfect if you’re down these ways this is the spot to try. Keep up the good work guys I came here about 7-9 years ago when you opened and I remember it was great then, sorry it took so long to return.

Took my mum here for Mother’s Day and we thoroughly enjoyed it. We had 3 courses including the delicious lamb roast - all our meals were excellent! Really attentive, friendly and welcoming staff. Fully recommend and will come back again soon I hope!
