Laboratorio Pizza - Brick Lane

Excellent pizzeria, a properly made neapolitan pizza: excellent dough, ingredients and cooking in a proper wood fire oven. Pasquale the pizzaiolo cooked the pizza perfectly without burning it and gave to the dough the proper thickness, I have eaten in other neapolitan style pizzerie and they have the tendency to shape the dough so thin that it's impossible to hold the slice in a decent way; this time the pizza had the proper shape and thickness, compliments to the chef. Nada the waitress and Ivan the owner were very friendly and hospitable and the drink selection was also very good, it seemed to be in Italy in a proper quality pizzeria! Thank you very much guys, keep up the good work, God willing we will be back 👍

At Laboratorio Pizza you can taste the best selection of ingredients, wisely used by the pizza makers (pizzaioli). In this place they don't just do one of the best Neapolitan pizza in London, but also they have a very good selection of pasta and a toothsome dessert's list. Ivan, the owner and the chef, is really a very qualified person. The both locations, Fitzrovia and Brick Lane, are clean, with nice staffs, and the standards are the same. Highly recommended.

We shared one pizza for two and it was really good. We had the pizza with mortadella and pesto, which was really tasty. The best out of it was the dough of the pizza, so delicious. The restaurant itself is really cute and the service is very friendly. So definitely a great place for having a pizza or some desserts!

It’s good to start your meal witha frittatina di pasta. The pizza was really good. The sauce was excellent and the dough was really soft too. The only down for me was the ambience. House music didn’t really match the vibe of the place and same goes for the terrible looking laminated menus. I hope to find draft beer next time and I am sure this place will grow a lot because it has great pizza and very friendly staff! See you soon!
