Went for the eggs in hell and it did not disappoint! They have a really great brunch menu, and the service was also really speedy. Seems to be a great place for friends to meet up, or a family outing.

came for brunch and was not disappointed! we got the amazing fluffy french toast and the breakfast burrito. both were delish! mocha was yummy too though iced latte tasted a bit diluted, still good. service was excellent :))

Great service from the start. I have a back issue where I need to lie down after a walk for a bit and they were very accomodating to that, above and beyond.
Food was great as always and there were several servers always ready to take our plates once we were done

Food and atmosphere was great. We went for breakfast/ brunch. The service was slowwww. Had to wait quite long for the waitress to notice us that we were ready to order. When the food finally arrived it was missing toast with omelette which again took long to arrive. Was painful to pay around 6 pound for gratuity when the service was below standard. Im not sure why it was even added to the bill, like is it not optional? Why force it on your customers!

Excellent service by the whole team. The manager and staff was very attentive to our needs and was always paying attention to the entire floor. The food came in an instant, I left for the toliets and my food is here 😂
My partner and I ordered Egg's Benedict and Fish & Chips. The portion of the meal was perfect with plenty of dips and a generous amount of lemon for the fish & chips. The eggs of the Egg's Benedict dish was perfectly poached, nicely toasted buns with delicious bacons.
Overall I would definitely recommend this place to everyone and come here again when I visit Kensington.

I visited this Balans after eating at the one in Soho, which I really like, but I think this one is even better! Really friendly and helpful staff who made the experience really enjoyable. I had the cheese quesadilla to start which is absolutely loaded with cheese, followed by my favourite steak and eggs which you really can’t go wrong with. The restaurant is a bit more roomy than the Soho one, as you might expect, and it is a nice space to enjoy a meal in. I really can’t recommend this place enough, give it a go and you won’t regret it.

The food wasn't the best out of all of the Balans, my crispy potatoes looked and tasted a bit old and dried out and the bacon on my Lobster Benedict had too much fat to cut. Despite that, we also ordered the vegan Korean burger and the fried chicken that was very liked and we will be coming back for those. The cocktails were very strong which is ALWAYS appreciated.
Service was great and the atmosphere was amazing. This Balans has the best vibe out of all of them.

Love this place. The manager or the main coordinator greets guests at the door and runs things smoothly. He treats his staff with respect and kindness. Very impressive! The food is amazing and so is the service. The English breakfast is one of the best I’ve had in London. I highly recommend this place. This will more than likely be my go to place for breakfast and will definitely try out the lunch and dinner menu at some point.

This was a very cute place! I had my first English Tea, which is really like watered down coffee but same idea! These pancakes were phenomenal and I was ecstatic yo see actual bacon and not ham! The service was good, our waitress helped us order and explained how the tea was supposed to be. The vibe is very homey and artsy. It was a really nice, quiet place to brunch and enjoy a low key meal.
