Fortnum & Mason At St Pancras

I was anxious about going in due to the way I was dressed (metalhead with denim cut/patches and army boots), but I was welcomed in with smiles and a lovely greeting. I received great service from a young gentleman who helped me find a tea for my mum (I can't remember the name of the young man who served me, unfortunately!) But I was very happy with the service I received and the chat about tea, as well as a full scent experience on the refill bar to help me find the perfect tea to purchase, as well as full explanations on all the teas to help me pick. I shall definitely come back when I'm next in St Pancras and shall happily recommend tea lovers to shop here. Thank you so much.

There is truly no one that produces finer blends of tea, coffee or assortments of biscuits, chocolates and condiments. A true British institution. One of my better half's and my absolute favourites. Ps. The photos show what most people fail to notice. The exquisite clock hanging from the ceiling. It is magnificent.

Well ... What can I say about about this Establishment.... It was a truly amazing experience... The look of the shop was really nice inside and the staff was absolutely brilliant and helpful... Quality products..... but I have to go back for my Cherry Jam.... The best I have ever tasted... OMG. Definitely going back in 2 weeks time..... Can't wait.. But a massive round of applause to the staff.... Credit to you.

Fortnum & Mason saved my birthday present shopping experience from complete failure. I purchased a book from a St Pancras book shop, which advertised in store gift wrapping, but what I got was an oversized paper bag crudely taped together. On the off chance I asked a gentleman working in F&M if they had in-store gift wrapping, and after explaining my situation, he kindly took the book and re-packaged it in this exquisite, perfectly sized gifbag. I understand this is a smaller store, but clearly, the high level of customer service, kindness, and respect you can find here is equal to what I would expect from the flagship store. Thank you F&M.

Definitely one of the best shops in London! Has a great collection of tea, marmalade, honey and chocolate and other yummy stuff! The place is very clean and well organized. I walked inside the shop no one asked me for what I wanted or needed so I guess it’s a self service shop, however everything was very nice and well organized.

I was searching for vegan chocolates & the Fortnum & Masons ladies were patient & showed me all the options. My truffles were beautifully boxed & then gift wrapped. I am happy to say the service matches the online experience, where I send personalised champers. My 1st time using the Bond St station on the Elizabeth Line too.

Very pretty store selling great gift ideas. From tea, coffee, biscuits, chocolates and even tea sets, you can find everything you need in very beautifully packaged boxes and tins. It is a little steeply priced given its branding and Queen's association but if you have extra money, go ahead and splurge. Your friends will be happy to receive such a lovely gift.
