You know, I actually really like the food from this place and have been ordering from them multiple times a week ever since discovering it a month back. I've only ever ordered in; never dined in. All my orders have been fantastic! Authentic South Indian food. I really don't know how they're doing it. However, the one thing I found odd was not sending sambar with the dosa in my most recent order. I raised a concern and was told by deliveroo that since it is not something that is mentioned in the description or photograph there was nothing they could do. Now I don't know if the restaurant intended for this or plans to serve masala dosas without the sambar henceforth, but all I can say is that I'm disappointed because I was looking forward to their sambar. Honestly, I think maybe they had an off day because the chutneys weren't upto the mark either on this specific day. If there was a way to not do this publically, I would've. Please keep up the good work, but also update your menu description and photographs. I think there's a little ambiguity there. Hope you run this places for years and years!

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Manjal Canary Wharf, and I must say, the experience was truly delightful. The highlight of my visit was undoubtedly the food, which can only be described as amazing. Each dish was a symphony of flavors, expertly crafted and thoughtfully presented. Not only did the culinary offerings exceed my expectations, but the service also left a positive impression. The staff (Sakil) was attentive, friendly, and responsive, ensuring that every need was met promptly. It's evident that the team at Manjal places a strong emphasis on providing a top-notch dining experience. Adding to the overall enjoyment was the inviting atmosphere of the restaurant. The ambiance was warm and welcoming, creating the perfect backdrop for a memorable meal. Whether you're looking for an intimate dinner or a casual gathering, Manjal manages to strike the right balance. In conclusion, my visit to Manjal Canary Wharf was a true culinary journey. With its amazing food, commendable service, and inviting atmosphere, it's a place that I would highly recommend to anyone seeking an exceptional dining experience.

My boyfriend and I always get dishes to share and after our second visit to Manjal, we are extremely happy with the variety of specifically vegetarian meals and the complexity of flavours! The staff was lovely and helpful. We will definitely be back, as we're still impressed by the meal we've had today!

We were there for our business lunch meeting and the food was amazing. It has perfect taste This has become one of my favourite Indian restaurants & it is one I always recommend to people (along with a couple of others). Their interior is simple yet classy. Their food is of high quality & some dishes even they have various options in vegetarian. The people that work there are extremely kind and put effort into making their restaurant so authentic. Perfect for a special occasion, celebratory meal, date night and they’re very family friend. They also have a small private dining area for those who would like some privacy with friends/family/small functions. Overall, a HIGHLY satisfying meal with some great views! I didn’t get enough pictures but definitely this is beautiful place for an authentic Indian food. Location is perfect as it is just at the bank of river.

I’ve said it before, we’ve eaten in various Michelin star restaurants and their food is better than some of the ones we have dined in. It truly is a hidden gem. There is a plethora of good Indian restaurants to dine in but if you want some sensational food, I’d recommend you visit Manjal & try some of their dishes (They even have a great lunch menu for £7.99). Their interior is simple yet classy. Their food is of high quality & some dishes are spectacular - their Garlic king prawns, adkari lamb chops and devils lamb chops are well worth opting for. The Butter chicken was thick, creamy and mild in flavour. In contrast, the Special Mutton kothu roll was spicy & very flavoursome. Everything we ate was amazing! The chocolate tart was incredible. Matching the exiquiste food was the service, both outstanding. The staff are some of the most hospitable people, The menu is extensive & everything is cooked to a very high standard. The food is absolutely DIVINE. Perfect for a special occasion, celebratory meal, date night and they’re very family friend. They also have a small private dining area for those who would like some privacy with friends/family/small functions. Overall, a HIGHLY satisfying meal with some great views!
