I’ve only ever been here for dinner over the past 20+ years and quality of food has always been great. So came here for dim sum. Food was just as good. There’s a good selection of dim sum available and some new style ones like the steam rice rolls with crispy dough and prawns. Spare ribs were quite large compared to other restaurants. The beef crispy noodles and ho fun dish was nasty, with a good amount of beef. I wasn’t disappointed.

Excellent and authentic Cantonese cuisine in London! We ordered a mixture of classic dishes and they all exceeded our expectations. I recommend the hot and sour soup, the aromatic duck, yuk sung lettuce wraps, prawn cheung fun and the scallops with asparagus. The quality of the food is very good and there is a good variety of seafood on the menu.

If you are looking for authentic Chinese food and you are in the Baker Street area, then this restaurant is a very good option. I recommend the lobster noodles and beef brisket hotpot which I always order but you can’t go wrong with most of the classic dishes on the menu. I know everything has gone up in London but £9 for a basket of dim sum is quite ridiculous, hence I’m taking one star away. But everything else is great, the service is friendly and attentive, and the quality of the food is high and authentic.

Crispy calamari, pork spareribs with chill, l poached chicken with peanut, and spring roll appetizers were very good. Asparagus appetizer was good, but fried. Shrimp dumplings were very good. Chicken salad was not good.
For dinner, roast duck was good but needed seasoning. Special fried rice and garlic spinach were very good. Crispy pork belly and beef soft noodles were only ok.

If you looking for High grade food , always fresh and delicious, beautiful decor this is the place to go Phoenix Palace ! 4 meat rotisserie platter is absolutely delicious. Fresh Dim Sum Good for couples for romantic dinner. Absolutely recommended for families, kids love the food and love the big fish tank located in front of the restaurant. Overall love it ! Highly recommend the place !

My favourite restau in London for dim sum. And at a sensible price too. And a really picturesque place with decent service. After 5 pm and with the English menu, it turns into an okay Chinese restaurant, perhaps I was disappointed twice at this time because my expectations are so high. But I’m definitely coming back for lunchtime dim sum, and so should you.

Always buzzy and busy. We turned up without a reservation on a Sunday night and were seated at the front of the restaurant as there was a wedding in the main part. It seemed strange to be able to hear the speeches but it added to the atmosphere.
Food is always good and delicious and the service is above what you can get in some Chinese restaurants. Its expensive but it is London and of course prices have increased for all restaurants so it felt worth it.

Good dim sum place that’s made very fresh. Forgot to take photos but was impressed with most food. Though fried rice and noodles were a bit oily, pork bun wasn’t really for me and the mango pomelo sago was a bit too sweet for me, everything else were really good. It’s pricey but it’s not bad for the standard you get. A big plus is that you could book tables there

I went last week with my grandmother all the staff were super friendly they even assist me to bring my grandmother through the entrance as she is on a wheelchair and it was quite difficult for me to push her.
The food was fantastic, everything were super clean, the toilets, the tables. wonderful atmosphere. I definitely recommend it and for sure I will be back.

This place is fantastic for authentic tasting Chinese food in the heart of Central London. As well as delicious food the place has a great and buzzing atmosphere, with great decor, and continues to host many famous faces! Will certainly be back!
