Nando's Southwark Arches

I get pickup from here regularly - normally fairly large group orders. I wish the app ordering was more accurate in terms of timing and didn't give unrealistic pickup times, I still ended up waiting an extra 30 mins after arriving because it was a big order and most of the food was cold by the time I got home... However, I wanted to acknowledge and thank Suali for the fantastic welcome and help she gave - when an item was left out of my order she even came running after me in the street to tell me. She was great.

This nandos looks really good inside compared to others and close to the station. The staff at this branch also seem to be extra friendly wilhich is a plus. Not the biggest fan of nandos the food was as good as any other branch. If your a nandos fan its a must go. Kids and the rest of the group enjoyed the meal. Also cant go wrong with the sauces

Customer service was great as soon as we walked in. I absolutely have to commend the manager, as he was truly amazing. Their exceptional customer service skills and attentive nature made our experience here unforgettable. He went above and beyond to ensure that all our needs were met, consistently displaying professionalism and a genuine interest in our satisfaction.

Ok so it’s Nando’s but you get what you expect. The staff are always friendly and efficient. You can get in and out quickly if you need but also the booths are nice to stay in for a cheap family meal out. It is in the right place for tube buses and iconic landmarks. The best placed cheeky Nando’s in London ;)
