Great Cantonese food. Extensive menu, delicious food. I had two of my favourite dishes and I was very impressed with the taste, quality and portion size. Friendly staff too. So happy to find this place!

It was great to have a taste of home. Not only was the portion of the main quite sizeable, it was also delicious. The dimsum was also quite good. However, it'd be perfect if the price included a drink.

Call it a craving or just a momentary diversion from tradition, but after a week in London, we found ourselves yearning for some Western-style Chinese food. And so, in the heart of Camden, we stumbled upon Canton Element. The irony wasn't lost on us—living in Asia and seeking Western Chinese food in London! But Canton Element delivered in spades. The warmth of the service and the lively spirit of the owner added to the dining experience. Our meal kicked off with the Shu Mai, my personal favorite dumpling delight. This was followed by quintessential Western Chinese dishes: perfectly crispy sweet and sour pork, drenched in a luscious sticky sauce, a spot-on beef and black bean dish, and some well-seasoned fried rice tying it all together.

Great food and great portions! Went for lunch - the soup I ordered was nice and piping hot and the sweet and sour chicken with noodles hit the spot. Service was great too with our waters being refilled! Underrated spot - would defo recommend.

We ordered two course meal deal. The food is delicious and the portion is really big (we took a while to finish the food). Price is reasonable and the restaurant is clean. Staff are friendly too. We will be back.

Very good wonton soup and tea. Beef with ginger and tofu with aubergine could be though a little better. Overall good place, moderately priced, and big portion (be careful as one main course is usually enough)

Very tasty food. One of the best Chinese restaurants in london. Good prices. Good size portions. Nice quiet area. Not far from Russell Square. Clean place. Modern style deco. Quick service, a bit rushed. Superb shrimp dish, with a lot of good size shrimps than any other place. Will be back

Lunchtime special for £13 is quick, tasty and a typical Cantonese. Decor has a modern twist with a grey banquet and white marble tables. Food will land within minutes of ordering and you won’t wait long for a table (but you will probably wait!). It’s funnels people in and out all lunch time between takeaways too. It’s a busy spot and very popular. Chicken satay wasn’t overpowered by peanut sauce. Dim sum looked plump with good fillings. Stir fried rice and salt and pepper pork portion was huge - as were most dishes on the neighbouring tables. You get a lot for your money. Lunch was £18 with a starter, main, coke and service - set menu or £26 without the lunchtime deal starter and main plus beer and service. Service is quick but don’t expect to make jokes with your waiter - they’re there to serve, clear, take payment and seat 4 more couples on your table after you have left. It’s efficient, generous and a great lunchtime spot.

We arrived without reservations and were seated right away, which is already a plus. Staff is very friendly and willing to explain all questions about dishes. Food arrived quickly and was amazing. Overall a great experience. Lots of office workers so avoid peak times and you will have a pleasant quiet meal.

Hands down the best Chinese food we ever had. The chicken and sweet corn soup and vegetable spring rolls really hit the spot. The serving sizes were great and the meal was very flavourful. Onn was a super host who not only was friendly and funny but he gave us some great suggestions for our trip. If you are in town make sure to visit. You won't regret it.
