We went around lunch time and ordered the lobster roll. It arrived very quickly and the cashier was friendly.
There's only high chairs and high table. The overall mood is normal and there aren't many tables, but then again people came and go very quickly.
The prices are alright for what you get.

Love this restaurant! The prices (£16-19) per lobster roll are actually a few pounds cheaper than similar restaurants such as Burger & Lobster and Big Easy(£20-24 each) , and taste the same, if not better!
Have visited this restaurant twice now and I will definitely continue to come back in the future. The restaurant has a very fast-food feel but the staff are so polite and considerate, and the atmosphere is still very much comfortable to eat and chill in. I look forward to trying other items on the menu!

Came here with a group of friends for a quick eat before a concert.
Got the classic lobster and shrimp roll which was amazingly good. Bread was soft and crispy with a nice grill which made a big different. All together with the filling it was great.
Decided to skip the fries and try the lobster chowder which tasted great with the excess bread. Slightly on the salty side for me but it was delicious overall
Not cheap but definitely worth trying out once!

I have ordered the classic lobster sandwich with the lobster soup. I have to say, it’s really tasty! Especially for the soup, I can taste the flavour of the lobster and it’s really creamy as well. Regarding to the lobster sandwich, the toasted bread is nice, with the lobster filling, great combo! The price is a little bit high, but you can have the real lobster.

I personally feel like the lobster chowder could've been better but still, 5 stars because their lobster roll is generously packed & is cheaper than their main store

Smack was recommended to me via a friend and it did not disappoint. My partner and I visited twice this week, the first time having a Lobster&Shrimp classic roll, and the second time having the Shrimp Classic Roll. Both were excellent. Really would recommend this place for a quick, yet tasty, bite to eat.

The lobster roll is amazing. Loved it. Delivery was fast and menu is simple. Only downside is the fries, they are small "frozen" type.. And ketchup in little bags :s

The picture says it all. The lobster roll is full to the brim with lobster. 14 pounds for the classic. Personally, a little expensive. But they definitely don’t stinge on the lobster. The roll is buttery and crispy. At the end of the roll, I just felt like buying another one! Except for the price 😢
