I recently dined at Abu Zad Middle Eastern Restaurant and had an exceptional experience. The ambiance was inviting, the staff was incredibly hospitable, and the food was nothing short of extraordinary. Every dish I tried was bursting with authentic flavors, a testament to both quality and quantity - the portions were generous without compromising on taste. Moreover, the unexpected treat of a complimentary dessert, generously provided by the restaurant, was a delightful and thoughtful touch. However, I must caution fellow customers to be mindful of parking due to a nearby group of individuals engaging in less-than-desirable behavior. It's advisable to park carefully and ensure the security of your vehicle. Despite this concern, the restaurant itself deserves a resounding five-star rating for its fantastic food, ample portions, top-notch service, and the gracious gesture of the complimentary dessert.

We come here often. The food is yummy and substantial and good value. They provide excellent service and we have received some complimentary desserts also. I tried the moussaka today. Fresh, hot and delicious! Lots of aubergine and chickpeas in a rich sauce. I often go for the grilled baby butterflied chicken with chips. Again wholesome and delicious with zingy condiments of freshly made garlic and chilli sauces.

Really enjoyed dinner here. Had a nice selection of mezze and the kabseh as a main course, which was a giant lamb shank with a generous portion of spiced rice. Hummous shawerma was good, and the complimentary mohullabia for dessert was DELICIOUS - like a panna cotta with pistachio, rose and date syrup. Come here if you're looking for a hearty, tasty meal. This was my first taste of Damascene food, and I thoroughly enjoyed it. I'll definitely be back.

Abu zaad, shepherd’s Bush restaurant serves the best food ever.. Very delicious dishes, I have almost tried all of the dishes they serve and each time I get amazed by the quality. Very generous with the food Managers are very kind and lovely people. “Hamza” the waiter is very friendly and professional. I love this restaurant and it will always be my favourite place to eat in.
