The food is always tasty and reasonably priced. This is one of my regular pitstops when I'm in the West End.

Elegant place, really nice atmosphere for eating in, due to the large windows on all sides. Reasonable prices and good food, though the bao buns aren't the best you're gonna have. Overall a great choice for some healthy asian food!

Cannot be faulted. In and out in less than 5 min every single time. The noodle bowels are consistently good. They’ve removed the plastic forks (thanks guys!!!). It’s noisy so I don’t dine in, but the fast efficient service is exactly what you need during the lunchtime rush.

Just around the corner From Trafalgar Square and next to Charing Cross Station.
It's easy to find and was not overly busy especially for a Friday lunchtime.
Food was freshly cooked, was delicious and was reasonabley priced.
Drinks were expensive though.
Will definitely go back.

Love an itsu! Especially this one. Great little pit stop location for some food and don’t get me started on the teriyaki sauce.. or the teriyaki chicken rice bowl

Very nice and clean dine in experience. The food was good. It was fresh and prepared proper. The staff are super friendly and there’s always a good variety of sushi combos. A good place for takeaway.

It's delicious and Japanese inspired. If you are tired and just want a quick bite - it can offer healthy alternative to fast food

Very convenient healthy chain eatery, close to Trafalgar Square and Charing Cross.

Toilets are available but you need to buy food to access. There is a code on the bottom of the receipt for access to the toilet. The toilet was open and didn’t need the code when I checked.
