Nice and clean, or so it seemed, when we moved the table closer, it was filthy underneath, like they hadn't moved the table when cleaning the floor. Not good when you have only recently had a refurb

This branch is always busy so can take a while to get served. One time so rushed that they put my order through wrong - so just check at the time! Good coffee choices.

We went for a coffee here after dinner. This cafe has a basement and it was a good place to sit for a chat. It was not loud. My almond mocha was delicious.

Good Starbucks close to Queensway underground station. Good staff and fast preparation of the coffee. Prices and quality just as any other Starbucks, you know what you are gonna have. Good place.

I popped by early on a Saturday morning, got served immediately by a gentleman who looked very tired, he popped the order through, made one larger than it needed to be and had to ask me again whether one was almond or both were almond, obviously half asleep but it was laughed off. The coffees were served up very quickly as they were quiet, the place was clean and well stocked. Standard Starbucks experience really.

Wonderful service, skillful and helpful staff. Starbucks need to give them a pay rise. Every time the shop is full of customers and the queue never takes long. Coffee tastes amazing.
