Burger & Lobster

First B&L experience, and already cannot wait for the next one! Tatiana and the whole team are so inspiring; incredibly attentive and professional, they put you at ease and make you excited for the dining experience from the moment you step through the doors. Every single dish and cocktail was prepared to perfection - I could probably have a bucketload of the lobster croquettes! 10000% will be back

Had a very interesting burger in collab with Crosstown donuts. It was nicely balanced between sweetness of the glazed bun and the savoury burger - I was concerned initially - which made for a nice treat! Also had a great non alcoholic cocktail called a Peppermint mule - delicious. Tatiana my server was very helpful and attentive.

My review will be a little bit twisted! I have eaten at B&L at some of the larger venues before! I love their food, and would recommend it hands down! The food is well portioned and worth the price (BTW menu price was accurate of time of posting). I didn't take a shot of the drink menu. So I will apologize for that. Being in an area where there are multiple choices for food literally steps away, B&L is a great choice. There is a Spoons a few yards away (I did not go there). Price is on point with this scale of restaurant. This is a smaller B&L venue, so it might feel a little cramped. The food was great! There are no complaints there! Overall, it is a great place to eat in Canary Wharf. My issue was with ONE member of staff. We were a group of 4 with an infant. The lady assigned to our table, basically did nothing! We had to ask her to take our order. Then the order was not complete. She disappeared and a wonderful lady named Silva took care of us, from that point. There was a service charge that we paid, but tried to tip Silva separately, and she said she couldn't accept it. Had I known! If you go to B&L Canary Wharf, ask for Silvia! She will take care of you!

The food was absolutely delicious. We had the B&L Combo - Half Lobster each with a side of the Lobster Mac n Cheese and had to be rolled out of the restaurant. Service was good but could have been a little better as we were left waiting for the table to be cleared and to get the bill. Would definitely visit again though as the food was truly very good.

Sonia's service is so sweet. When she quietly realized that my black truffle chips weren't being eaten properly -- because the truffle powder had settled on the bottom -- I didn't notice until after I'd eaten the chips. I didn't complain or anything, but she came over and apologized and made up for it with a dessert. Thank you, Sonia. Your carefulness and concern are admirable.
