Lovely young man serving. He was so welcoming and couldn’t do enough for me. It was the first time I’d been out of the house socially after having had a bad accident, so it really helped make a good day even more memorable. Thank you

Very cousy space in Southfields with perfect yummy hot chocolate. I tried the 71% (dark) and it was perfect for me.

I love DeRosier chocolate shops. The staff are always so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, offering a brilliant service all round. I really can't fault it! When I asked the owner to create a surprise mocha for me the other day, it felt really bespoke. And it was of course delicious! ☕🍫 Best hot chocolate in the area and great to support a local business!
Update: unfortunately the staff I've encountered recently are pretty apathetic, unfriendly and unwelcoming. However the chocolate is still tasty, but it's a real shame because the owner really makes you feel valued as a customer!
