Enchanting service by Manager Theo, who was polite & courteous throughout our business brunch. We felt absolutely at home, though Trafalgar Square was bustling with tourists & travelers. The Matcha Latte was exquisite & refreshing.
Definitely need to visit again.

I wanted to take the time to outline the very good I received today from Harry and Theo. Despite being left alone to handle dozens of customers and a very crowded shop, they made everyone feel welcome with their smiles, laughs and jokes. Everyone was having a good time and queueing up to get a time to talk with them, it seemed. There was such a good ambiance in the shop, it really changes from the usual days in pret! Thank you again for keeping your stress for yourself and being professional and welcoming.

A roomy Pret near Trafalgar Square. Good choice of items. Staff friendly. A lot of the seats are high stools - Good for watching passers-by in the street.

Once upon a time, Mr. so-called Prêt founded this extraordinary coffee shop! Whenever I am around, visiting a pret-a-manger feels like coming. Only family can give one the same feeling, when you sit down in-store to enjoy an organic coffee

Vegan review. Bought a Kale and Red Tapenade Macaroni Cheese with a Chai Latte with oat milk. Lots of other vegan options but these took my fancy.
The Kale and Red Tapenade Macaroni Cheese was wonderful - nice a hot, crispy on top with bass of flavour but you could still taste the macaroni.
Chai Latte was great too.
Would I recommend. Yes, both
Would I go back? Yes and I’d have both again.

We visited during a busy Saturday evening. Managed to get a table for 4 and enjoy a coffee and some of the last pieces of pastries and muffins which were lovely.
Staff were professional and polite.
Toilets needed a bit of attention but the store was really full with more customers coming. It was a Saturday evening most definitely before closing in a very busy area, so I am giving them a benefit of the doubt.

First visit to this one. Air-conditioned was full on, a saviour for a summers day! Ordered the Berry and Cherries smoothie and a Mocha. Quite nice and refreshing.
Large dining area. Toilets were clean too. Would visit again.

Love the coffee and croissants! Pret serves great variety of freshly prepared, good, natural food.
Clean and comfortable dining environment. Mad love to their commitment in contributing back to the society (i.e. food and donations to the homeless), championed through their Pret Foundation Trust ❤️
