Both my mum and I popped in here on the off chance for lunch - the menu looked great so we came in and were quickly seated at a table. All the staff were friendly, hospitable and attentive, especially Mihai who was great and a pleasure to have serve our table today. Highly recommend for both service and food. Thank you and we’ll be back!

Great spot for brunch, food was great, got the chicken and pancakes as well as the balans potatoes which were well seasoned. Mihai was a great server. Would come back!

We had the breakfast Burrito and the mushroom omelette that came with roast potatoes, both very tasty. Happy with the portion size as it was quite big. Although it's a bit pricey you definitely get what you pay for.

We nearly didn't stay as they were full inside, and it was a chilly morning, but the heated seating area outside turned out to be lovely and cosy. Service was fast and super friendly.
The food was hot and delicious. I had the full English breakfast, perfectly cooked, great sausages, and bacon. Fresh eggs and lovely sourdough bread.
Will definitely return and would highly recommend it.

Great evening and dine-in in Balance. Food and service were excellent. The waiter Mihai went up and beyond to serve all my wishes, you should know I am picky. Atmosphere is relaxing and half a price for a glass of sparkling on a top.

It was the perfect weather for us to sit in Balans' outdoor seating and enjoy a delectable brunch. I ordered an eggs royale while my partner ordered some fried chicken. The smoked salmon was flavourful and the English muffins were nicely textured. However, the poached eggs were slightly overcooked.
Overall, a good spot for a quick brunch in the middle of a shopping spree at Westfield, especially when the weather's sunny!

Without doubt my favourite place for breakfast.
The options on the menu are alot more satisfying than most places.
But for me I never change my mind, I always want the steak and eggs. Healthy, high protein, good quality produce.

Ordered Fried Chicken Pancake, Thai Red Curry, Prawn Linguine, Three Cheese Quesadilla along with drinks. Waited less than 15 minutes food was served. Compliments to the chef, the signature dish tasteful was the Fried Chicken Pancake. All the other dishes were equally appetising. Michael did well in service.

Delicious food (we got fried eggs on sourdough with a sausage on the side) fast service which we were very great full for as we had a flight to catch! The staff are so friendly and helpful. The ketchup also gives Heinz & Chef a run for their money! 👏🏼
