Chinese food at its best. Highly recommended. I'll expand my comments having just read other reviews. I can only think that it is either under new management or they've sorted themselves out because our dining experience bore no relationship to those described below. The service was exemplary, there was a variety of choice on the menu and the restaurant was pretty full. If you've had a bad experience here, I would give it another try.

Fairly professional dim sum restaurant run under local hotel. Good service but menu is limited if you're not a fan of extreme seafood / traditional approaches to serving meat

Surprisingly excellent dim sum, probably my favourite in London considering price/value. Close in standard to starred places like Yuatcha. Restaurant feels a bit too much like a hotel breakfast room (because it is) but nothing some new decor wouldn't fix. Recommended.

Best dim sum in London. Beautifully decorated, great service, great range and quality of dim sum. Make sure you try the wonderful Xian Long Bao - little dumplings filled with soup - which are my favourite and the acid test for me of dim sum (make sure you let them cool down so you don't burn your tongue).

Best Chinese restaurant I've been to in many years. Spaciously arranged too, and ideal if you're meeting people with small children and pushchairs etc

Have been here at least seven or eight times. Fantastic dim sum selection that has clearly been modelled after Alan Yau's creations.
Service was perfect for all except one occasion when we were told it would be an hour's wait when there were two empty tables , since we didn't have a reservation. We made a reservation which was accepted online there and then but of course they didn't accept it . We stuck around and were shown to a table within 15 mins.
