Brilliant venue for a London, riverside venue! All details covered to keep guests happy and the upstairs venue room is historically gorgeous. The bar prices are rather eye-watering though. Even for London.

We had our wedding reception at the ballroom of the Star and Garter in October and couldn't have been more happy with our choice of venue. Dora, the event coordinator, was just incredible and made the whole planning process extremely easy and enjoyable. All went perfectly on the day; the food was just delicious, the staff were very friendly and attentive and Dora was there to ensure everything run smoothly. Can highly recommend this venue for weddings.

Had our wedding reception in the function room here. Dora and the team were incredible. Knowledgeable staff about their platters, food options, cheese and wine combinations etc. They helped set up and clear away - everything went without a hitch. We were incredibly happy with their care and attention.

This spacious pub is in a beautiful building right by the Thames, so has nice views and a comfortable feel. They offer a nice selection of beers on draught, including some from the Franciscan Well brewery which was a very pleasant surprise to find.
