What an incredible experience! Our waiter Angelo was an absolute star. He kept us entertained with good conversation and plenty of laughs whilst serving us delicious, expertly crafted cocktails. Thank you so much to the staff at the Stables Bar and also The Milestone (who welcomed us with open arms and a smile, despite being very underdressed and coming in off the street soaking wet from the rain - they even dried my coat whilst we drank in the bar.) I can't wait to return to the Milestone and the Stables Bar.

We had the most amazing time here!
The drinks were really delicious but what made our visit was the hospitality of the staff - especially of Angelo!
They took really good care of us and really have a passion for their craft!

What an exceptional experience at Staples Bar. Angelo is an amazing bartender who creates well balanced and delicious cocktails. The cocktails are creative and playful. Cristian and the other waiter were extremely attentive and we felt as if we were all old friends Thank you for an exceptional evening.

The atmosphere is intimate and decorum impeccable. Servers and bartenders were attentive, funny and made our stay wonderful. We felt like home. And of course, the cocktails were the best I have ever had. We will visit the Stables Bar soon

Angelo was the best bartender I’ve ever had. Bartender doesn’t do him justice. A master of his craft! Sublime drinks, impeccable service, really a delight to be there. Couldn’t recommend it enough as a place for exquisite cocktails and a perfect place to spend a special occasion.

Bit of a hidden gem! Staff are exceptional. Angelo and Lilo both remembered my name and drink from a while back. Cocktails are truly unique creations: an experience in a glass. Want to try something rare and special, this is your place.

I had a wonderful time at Stables Bar, a cocktail bar in a hotel. The service was exceptional, the staff was very attentive and friendly. We enjoyed the Milestone Old Fashioned, which was served in an aromatic fume under a bell jar. The show effect by the waiter was fun and impressive. The cocktail was delicious and smooth, but also quite expensive at 19£ plus 12.5% service charge. However, it was worth it for the quality and the experience. I would definitely recommend this place for a special occasion or a treat. I give it 5 stars.

Amazing experience! Bar staff were very friendly, specially Angelo and Victoria. Cocktails were absolutely incredible and made our night very enjoyable. Highly recommend the Tequilamisú and the Peaky Blinders. Definitely coming back!

Excellent cocktails and incredible service. Angelo was a darling! Very creative but also traditional drinks. Something for everyone. Cozy space great for conversations there are comfy seats and books as well.
