Pret A Manger St. John's Wood

The baristas, cashiers, and all the rest of Pret employees are amazing! They are non stop busy. I was sitting downstairs and they are constantly bringing fresh food upstairs. i don’t think they get enough credit for the hard work they provide in a high paced environment. Be nice to them! They work really hard to make our drinks and food.

Today I went to this shop in near St.John's Wood station, I ordered a coffee and when I was about to pay I realised that the contactless wasn't working and I didn't have a card with me. I asked AJ (The man behind the till) not to worry about it and cancel my order but instead he gave me the coffee on the house!! That's a great costumer service right there! Please give AJ the heads up and tell him that he made my day!! I will be coming back soon, not because of the free drink but because of the great team that runs this shop. Thank you AJ!

I absolutely love this shop of Pret à Manger! Not only do they have delicious coffee and pastries, but the staff is incredibly kind and friendly. I recently placed a large order at this location (70 baguettes) and was impressed with how well the staff handled it. They ensured that my order was prepared to my specifications and served promptly. I especially want to thank Mario and his team - their dedication to their job is truly inspiring. The attention to detail and care they put into each order really sets this coffee shop apart. However, I do miss the extended opening hours that were in place last year - I wish they would return to being open until 8:00pm. Despite this, I highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a welcoming atmosphere, great coffee, plenty of seats downstairs, few tables outside for some fresh air, and exceptional service.
